Jason Balin’s guest this week is entrepreneur and radio personality Glenn Younes. Glenn became an entrepreneur about a year ago after a career in media, which included a pre-show for the Baltimore Ravens and his own show on Sirius SM Radio, for many years.

Glenn first talks about how his desire to become an entrepreneur had built for years, and how the status quo didn’t work for him—-he believes in advancement. Then he and Jason discuss the three key moments of entrepreneurship: 1) Having the courage to take the plunge; 2) Getting to a place where your business is making money and is stable; 3) Arriving at a point where your business is thriving so much that money can be invested in other ventures—where you can go after bigger fish.
