Rehabbing is Hot in DC!

The Washignton, DC metro area is a hotbed for rehabbing residential properties as reported in a Washington Post article citing a RealtyTrac study.  The entire region shows activity up from last year. As banks finish releasing their foreclosure inventory, more distressed properties are being put back on the market for home buyers eager to pick up a freshly renovated property.  With volume the way it is now in the DC area, picking up a property for investment should a no brainer.
