Hard Money Bankers recently got paid off on a loan from an active investor in Prince Georges County Maryland, right outside of Washington, DC. The investor flipped a house he purchased from MLS and made a solid return in a 5 month time frame. Although the resale price was in the $200K range the quality of upgrades still had to be very nice to get a quick, above asking sale.
