Hard Money Bankers funded this Maryland investment townhouse for a real estate investor that wanted to purchase the property and hold as a long term rental after it was renovated.  HMB funded the purchase and construction costs and the investor plans to rent the property out and get his local bank to refinance him into a long term loan.  The property should cash flow about $485 per month.
