Howard County, MD Townhouse

Hard Money Bankers helped a local real estate investors purchase a townhouse in Howard County, MD at auction.  The borrower purchased the property and put about $15K in upgrades into it.  He plans to list above $300k for a quick $40K profit return.  There seems to be a good opportunities at local auction houses.  HMB funded the majority of the transaction.
