HMB funded this single family detached colonial house. The borrower picked up the property via online auction for ~$210,000 and only needed some minor repairs. They were able to get in and out of it for about $30,000 in improvements. Not a huge profit potential but hoping they can sell for the lower $300k in a few month time frame and make some money.
