Designing Success

The willingness to design and engineer success through high-aiming goals and consistent action requires planning and discipline; it necessitates a deepened level of commitment to your life’s work. The process isn’t easy, but it’s meaningful. As the French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry said, “A goal without a plan is just a wish.”

Make your ambitions more than a wish; determine to make them a reality. Commit to planning and strategic action using high-leverage methods and tools—at that point achievement won’t just be a possibility; it will be a guarantee.
