Hard Money Bankers funded this short sale project in Arlington VA for a repeat client.  The real estate investor had some money to contribute to the deal but not all.  HMB came in with $250K and funded the project in 10 day.  The investor is putting about $35K of renovation work into the property and should resell for about a $65K profit.
