HMB recently funded this loan where the real estate investor purchased a distressed property that needed very little rehab work in Anne Arundel County Maryland.  HMB funded 160K for this investor (and repeat borrower).  The property is has a 20 day rehab time line and than should be listed for retail sale at 260K.
