Hard Money Bankers funded this Virginia hard money loan in February 2010.  The Borrower purchased this property at a discount at an auction.  They renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, and replaced the carpet and painted the entire townhouse.  The Buyer listed the house for $100,000 higher than they purchased it for.  This was a win win project for Hard Money Bankers and this Virginia based real estate investor.  Hard Money Bankers funded the majority of the acquisition costs.
