Collecting email addresses to build a client base is essential for real estate investors, as it is for any business. Once you have the clients in a database with their information, you need to segment the list into buyers, sellers, contractors, etc.

Email your client lists every week. Even if you can’t help them right now, you may be able to help one of the clients in the future. If you keep your name in front of them, they will be more likely to call you with their business.
