DC Area Renovation Loan

Hard Money Bankers funded the entire acquisition and construction costs on the Maryland SFR.  The real estate investors spent 45 days on the rehab and 60 days to re market this property to sell to a retail homeowner.  The investor made about $40K on this project.   There is a lot of investor activity along the DC beltway in Maryland and a lot of opportunities to make money flipping real estate.
