Baltimore Loan and Joint Venture

HMB funded this Baltimore Maryland project a few weeks ago.  We funded 100% of everything (acquisition, construction, closing costs, etc..).  The purchase price was 45K and construction was 55K.  The borrower and HMB are doing a joint venture and splitting the proceeds 50/50 upon resale.  The property will be listed soon for $150K
