I’m Teri Johnson and I’m the Portfolio Manager here at Hard Money Bankers. I am in charge of preparing new loan files for closing, coordinating settlements, handling construction draws and doing everything I can to make our client’s experience with HMB the best one they’ve ever had with a lender.
I’ve been in the industry since 1993 holding various positions, mainly as a senior mortgage processor and operations manager. I hold a BA from McDaniel College (it was called Western MD College when I graduated, though) in Business Administration and Economics w/ a minor in Accounting.
When not working, my husband Chris and I enjoy watching our three children (Alex, Zack & Delaney) play the various sports that they are involved in – lacrosse games in the spring and summer, football in the fall and basketball in the winter.
