2011 is going to be a BIG one (spoiler alert)

First of all we would like to thank you

for being a part of the team here at HMB Cribs

and Hard Money Bankers.  We have had another

great year and we have you, our clients and readers,

to thank.  We have come a long way since we started

in 2007 and we are glad that you are with us.

This year has brought some wonderful

improvements to our business such as:

–a new office in Columbia, MD
–new staff such as a Bookkeeper, Marketer

and another Loan Officer
–and, of course, the launch of our blog

But wait, it gets much bigger than this in 2011.

Be sure to stay tuned for the following

Hard Money Company:

-a new VIP client program (limit of 10 people)

Cheaper loans, priority closing dates and the

cell number of all HMB owners

-shorter loan processing time = faster closings

-expanded lending area

HMB Cribs Blog:

-local investment properties for sale

-recommended real estate products

-interviews with some big name people

in the industry (one has been recorded already

with the Pitbull himself, Leonard Rosen. And I

am shooting another tomorrow with a mortgage

loan officer who is top ten in the nation and makes

six figures per month)

-interesting guest bloggers

All that and more in 2011.  It’s going to be a

BIG year!!

But for the next couple weeks we are going to

concentrate on spending some quality holiday time

with our families and friends 🙂

The HMB crew got out on Saturday night for

a nice, relaxing holiday dinner.
